- We accept the following methods of payment: Private Pay (credit/debit cards), private insurances, long term care insurance.
- There will be a deposit that will be held until end of service, it will either be refunded or credited to the client’s last invoice.
- Clients will be billed in arrears (after services have been provided).
- We are transparent about clients’ rate of service and billing cycles.
- The client and the service provider may cancel services by writing a 10 day notice and only pay for services provided as required by the Connecticut law.
